Important: Clogs Order Instructions
Clogs are made using a manual laminating process, so slight variations between products and mockups are normal. Most mockups are based on EU42 size, leading to minor differences in other sizes.
Below are examples of acceptable deviations. No refunds or reworks will be provided for similar cases please review carefully.
1. Shoelace printing and mockups will have slight differences
2.The position of the design and the mockups will be slightly different on the upper, please check the first picture and the second picture, the same design, but the position of the figure is different, even the logo or the eyes of the figure will be cut off.
3.The design of the left and right feet will have slight differences in production.
