- Choose your preferred shoe style and design template.
- Upload the images for customization and describe your desired design.
- If you are submitting more than 2 design images, please send the additional images to support@shoegee.com after successfully placing your order
- If you need additional support with design ideas for shoe printing, please contact Our shop

- You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
- Our design team starts processing your images and creating a custom preview.
- Design time: 1-3 business days (excluding holidays & weekends)
🔹 Step 3: Review & Approve Your Design
- We’ll send a design preview via email for your approval.
- Unlimited revisions until it's perfect
🔹 Step 4: Production & Shipping
- Once you approve the final design, we begin production.
- Production & shipping time: 15-21 business days (excluding holidays & weekends)
- Once your shoes are ready, we’ll notify you and ship your order

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
Yes! You can change or cancel your order, but only before the design process begins. Here’s how it works:

- After the design process starts, changes may not be possible.
✅ Order Cancellations:
- If you cancel before design work begins, you will receive a full refund.
- If the design process has started, a 30% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover design costs.
- Once you approve the final design and production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
